Changing His Game by Justine Elvira

This was definitely a different kind of book for me...the storyline anyway. But I thoroughly enjoyed it, and thought it was beautifully done. My favorite parts, by far, had to be when they both got tattoos. It doesn't get better than that! If you want a hot, steamy read with a mixture of emotion that will touch your heart, this is your book!

Excellent read!

This was a wonderfully told story of magic, love, loss, friendship, and heartbreak! The ending had me in a bit of shock, although part of me had an inkling (can't tell you what because that would ruin it for you). The story doesn't completely end, making you want to know how it will continue to develop. As much as I love a story to begin and end in one sitting, I still give this five stars because it was done very well. I look forward to seeing where the story goes next:)

Great suspenseful novel. I enjoyed Fiona's fierceness and dedication to her job, even though she kept wanting to step away. And Jack, mmm, he was a good match for her. The only thing that bugged me was he kept lying to her, not huge lies, but still. I wanted her to get a little more angry about it. Sometimes she barely even acknowledged it, but I think that was Fiona being, well, Fiona. Good mystery with a nice romance mixed in. Worth the read!

This is a nice romance that has your typical jealous women trying to get between the lead characters, Alex and Jay. I really enjoyed Alex and Jay. Jay's a billionaire, but not rude, condescending like some of those other billionaire books out there. He's sweet, considerate, and at times, (in my opinion) just clueless how to act when things go wrong. While I enjoyed reading this book, I was confused at times the way the plot went. If I could I would give it 3.5 stars. If you're looking for a nice, sweet romance with a bit of tension from outsiders trying to destroy what they have, this is your book.
The Importance of Being Alice by Katie MacAlister

I generally like Katie MacAlister's books. I have yet to read one that I didn't like...until now, sort of. It kept me interested for the most part, although at times was a bit goofy (which is fine). What I really did not like and have never ever come across before was the fact she wrote in two different POV's. Alice was written in the first person POV, while Elliot was written in the third person POV. I'm sorry to say that this drove me nuts! I am not particularly a fan of first person POV, although I will read books with it. And have read a number of books that do it quite well and I enjoyed reading the book. So while I'm not a fan of it, I can handle it and will read it. I've read The Corset Diaries, by Katie MacAlister that was in first person POV and I enjoyed that book. But, please, do not go back and forth between first and third. Pick one and stick with it. That is really my main issue with this book. Besides that, the story was fun and cute. A typical book I expect from her. I guess next time I will have to open the book and inspect first before I buy. I really don't want to read two different POV's like that again. But if you don't mind that, then pick it up for a nice easy, fun read.
The Reluctant Duke by Christine Donovan

I enjoyed this book from beginning to end. A Duke with decent morals and the love for a woman he tries to deny. An American woman who is feisty and speaks her mind. Perfect combination for a well-written novel. I also loved the other characters that surrounded Thomas and Emma. I'm sure their stories will be just as intriguing.

Couldn't put this book down!!!

There is always something to be said about a wonderfully written tale about romance, especially a new blossoming love that you're cheering on to succeed. Awesome! This book in a nutshell! I just loved Jeremy. He's sweet, charming, loyal, and never once let Mel down. Even when her insecurities presented themselves he was the utmost gentlemen. How can you not a love a guy like that? Simple, you just do. One of my favorite things he said to her, "I can actually see your strength coming out of the shadows." I even highlighted, it, which I never do:)

Wendi Wilson delivers a great story that keeps you turning the page and guessing what's going to happen next. The only thing that had me dropping my jaw was the ending. It just abruptly ends, sort of on a cliffhanger, and if I'm one thing, it's not patient:) I need the next book now because I'm dying to see what happens next.

If you're looking for a good paranormal romance to be keep you turning the pages, this is your book.

Excellent short story

I enjoyed this short story. Not my normal type of book, but....I love zombies! A great take on the zombie apocalypse:) Read it in one sitting and had me wanting more. I especially loved the insight from people who were turning, not just the people just trying to survive.

This was a well-written novel. If I could I would give it 3.5 stars. I have not read any of the other novels in the series yet, so I do not know anything about Gunther in the former books. I did like Gunther and the romance that developed between Erica, however, there were times when I didn't like how the plot turned. It's just a personal choice and doesn't indicate it was by any means a bad novel. If you like bad/mean boys gone good, then you'll like this novel. Note: the epilogue does also give a cliffhanger for another book with different characters.
