I won't lie, I misheard the main character's name at the beginning so I was picturing Sherlock Holmes and Pleakley from Lilo and Stitch solving a mystery the whole time and honestly, I wouldn't change swap that experience for anything because now it just makes me chuckle. I got a bit lost towards the end and I couldn't tell you *who* the killer was to save my life. Like, I know their name and that we must have met them at least once, but it honestly just didn't matter. I was just here for sapphic scifi Sherlock and Watson solving a mystery and I don't doubt that I'll continue this series whenever my library gets the next audiobook.

Not on the same level as Sweat and Soap for me, but still such a cute slice of life romance!

I am not and never will be a Donatella girl. She was already pissing me off just a few pages in and the moment I realised this was only going to be in her pov I almost stopped reading it entirely. As always, I loved the vibes and thought Stephanie Garber described everything so damn well. I just can't stand Tella and that ruined the story so so much for me 😩.

If Bree Paulsen decided to just write Garlic comics forever and ever I would never complain again. I promise.

"Maybe that's what being human will be like... It'll be scary but not all the time. That wouldn't be so bad."

This series gives off big Winnie The Pooh vibes but with vegetables and I am absolutely living for it! So darn cute!

I’ve only ever read Enid Blyton’s version of the magic faraway tree so seeing this twist in that idea was really fun. Don’t be surprised if you see me reading the rest of these graphic novels this month!
