This was pretty good. Def check trigger/content warnings and there is an author's note describing the trigger/content warnings at the beginning of the book as well.
I liked the main characters and the overall story. I also liked the very ending. There was one brief moment that I was like "oh you stupid teen why did you think that would work when it didn't before" but besides that I generally like the main characters. The side characters were also mostly good/enjoyable with a couple exceptions.

Overall pretty decent. I could kind of guess the little twist but it still kept me entertained. Liked the mc quite a bit and overall understood the motivation of the bad guy but how the bad guy explained it was kind of meh.

I liked this a lot. Def check out content/trigger warnings as there are heavy topics in this book.
I will read more from this author for sure.

I'm always a fan of myth retellings/reimaginings and this was a really good sequel. Def teared up a lil at one point. Still thoroughly enjoyed the characters and the story. Enjoyed the journey they went on and liked the ending.

Liked the premise and quite liked the ending. Overall liked the main girls but would've preferred a little more diversity in their personalities (I had a difficult time with the audiobook remembering who was who). I did like the rep of someone on the aro/ace spectrum, a lot of sapphic romance characters, and a trans character.
Absolutely hated Millie's dad and I'm glad how that situation was handled at the end.
But overall the book was just okay. I didn't love everything in it but I didn't hate anything either (except for Millie's dad and Raina's bf and the original mock trial team advisor 😂)

Light easy still kind of cringey but still fun read.  My main complaint was Bree's age compared to her love? interest. Pretty weird tbh to have a 15 year old and a "just shy of 18" year old kiss for me.

Read content/trigger warnings.
I don't love white people writing people of color as solely victims in stories especially when the person doing harm is white in the story. Otherwise not a bad novella, but not one I'd recommend. Was better then the other horror novels I read but still not something that wowed me.

A good read about why Black people choose to no longer engage with non-Black people. A good reminder also for those who are not Black to not only say but to do better in advocacy and in activism.

Once again little cringey/concerning on the whole "imprint on a literal child" part of this but otherwise enjoyed it like the others. Liked seeing other vampires outside of the Cullens and seeing the urgency of potential Volturi(vulturi? I dunno the spelling) threat. I also liked quite a bit of the Jacob side of things like how the pack changes and such but some parts were not great.
