Lost Among the Living by Simone St. James

5.0

'Either I was going mad or something uncanny was happening.'

This is as gothic as you'd expect from a book containing a Wytch Elm house. It's a little bit spooky and a lot atmospheric! I was so drawn into the cold and rainy English countryside, the interesting characters and their complicated relationship issues, the ghost story, and the very compelling mystery of what happened to cause the death of young Francis.

'Ghosts, I thought. I am living with ghosts.'
