okay I think I know my newest obsession - the mixed genre between mystery and romance!!! like the FMC is a detective trying to solve a crime in MMC’s hometown on his ranch and I just cannot put it down!!!

as a self-proclaimed yellowstone girlie, reading about another ranch with hot cowboys had me 🥵 that alone was enough to pique my interest without even adding in the series of “suicides” that happened on said ranch

while I guessed the end result of the mystery end of the plot pretty quickly, I loved how it all played out and the effortless way the author blended the romance with the crime drama elements!!

the entire family of the edens remind me so much of the duttons from yellowstone and their reach into everything in montana - so I’m looking forward to seeing more of the town 🤠

winslow is EVERYTHING! and we have to stan females in positions of power to crush the patriarchy thank you

super high key obsessed with this one and everything it brought to the table!!!!!!!!!!!
