My godson asked for this for Christmas and cooked a roast beef dinner for us the other day that was excellent. We also made eclairs with chocolate mousse from this; also outstanding. Slightly annoying little tips (kind of reminds me of a toned-down, male version of Rachael Ray), but good recipes with clear instructions.
