A deceivingly thin book packed with thicc wisdom. The first attempt to read it I was put off by the erratic formatting but pushing through on the second time around has revealed a lovely gem. It's a ridiculously practical spiritual read with the re-readability of a scripture. It also helped me through one of the most frightening moments of my life. An awesome text.
