Not up to par with other Freida McFadden books. The story is implausible. Teachers show up for the first day of school and act like they haven’t seen each other for months, except every school has a week of in-service before school begins. It goes downhill from there in terms of a weak plot line, cheesy inner-thought monologues, and unredeemable characters.
