I stumbled upon Dean when he first found Nala. I've watched her and their bond grow over time. I love them and I loved this book. While I already knew the story of Dean and Nala because it went viral, I enjoyed the pictures in the book and the behind-the-scenes stories of events that Dean didn't share to have them as a unique surprise in the book. In the end, I was left touched by his compassion and inspired by his journey. If you love feel-good stories, cats, and animals in general, give this book a read!
