I’m so confused by my feelings about this book. After reading the first one, I had decided to only read the first two books in this series and then stop. However, after finishing this book, I kind of want to read the rest, even though I don’t feel invested enough to be certain. I might continue, but I might take a break from the series first.

I think I liked this book more. The mystery really held it together for me. This book didn’t feel very romance-y; while there was romance, it took a backseat to the mystery. I think I would love these books more if the romance were the main focus. Since the mystery dominates the story, I find myself more intrigued by that than the romantic elements.
