It’s a solid book, but I found it took ages to have her notice the toxic nature of the relationship that I just was so frustrated! It also reminded me of being the person looking in and seeing someone close to me hurting but blinded by love too much to end it. It’s an important story but I was so frustrated for most of the book to appreciate it fully.
