Tanner by Samantha Skye

3.5

  • age gap
  • billionaire
  • small town
  • neighbors

In the span of a few weeks Victoria finds out her fiancé cheated on her, loses her job, and that she’s inherited a house and a farm from an aunt she doesn’t remember meeting.

Moving to Whisper is her fresh start, but Tanner, billionaire whiskey distillery owner and her grumpy neighbor, has eyes on her property and will do anything to have it.

He’s grumpy and overbearing and grinds her gears, but the chemistry and tension between Victoria and Tanner is off the charts.

As sparks fly and things get steamy between the two, it becomes very clear that someone has it out for Victoria.

Honestly, I was here for the billionaire & age gap tropes, and loved how possessive and protective Tanner was over Victoria. Their banter and dynamic was fantastic, and she always kept him on his toes with her stubbornness and sass.

As for the suspense aspect, I could’ve done without it but 🤷🏻‍♀️
