I read this book for my English honors class.

The book was very hard to read when it came to Okonkwo, and the choppy writing style. The words did not flow, and events in the plot were moving quickly and not reflected upon (i.e. the characters seemed to not have any processing of the events past when they happen?). What I did like though was the female characters. I especially loved Ekwefi and Ezinma. They really carried the heart of the story when it was getting ruthless to read.
