This is another one I probably would've been better off reading instead of listening to the audiobook. With the audiobook, it was difficult to tell when one story ended and another began, and if there was supposed to be a common thread going through each one or if they were truly standalone stories. The reader also didn't do much to distinguish between when the/a narrator was speaking and when there was dialogue happening between characters. Probably doesn't help with my paying attention that I'm listening while also worried about my cat being missing either. I'll give this one another go at some point.
