I cannot believe I'm giving 5 stars to a 15 page short, but here we are. I read this straight after finishing Ravensong and this 15 pages hit me with a collision of emotions. This is mainly Elizabeth's perspective on all things up to this point and my love for Elizabeth knows no bounds.

She is the glue, she is the pivot and she is fierce.

I cried over this short story, boy did I cry. So make sure you head over to Klune's website to read this for free but only when you've finished Ravensong.
