This was a slow burn romance haha. I enjoyed it. I'm not a big fan of friends to lovers but I thought Claire did a good job with how Scott and Jenna wanted more than friendship but, were too afraid to act on it.

I enjoyed Jenna and Scott's lifelong friendship and how they could easily banter with each other. I could definitely see that there was sexual tension but saw that both were scared to take the next step in their relationship. Once they gave into each other, their chemistry was intense.
