This book was legitimately terrifying! Like goosebumps on your arms and shivers up your spine terrifying! But in between all the scares was a beautiful story about a family fractured by grief coming back together. First it gave me nightmares with crows heads and body horror and then it patched me back up with scenes of familial love and acceptance.
This book was all the things I love about horror.
