You very much have to suspend disbelief to get through the first 1/4 of this novel. (Why was no one urging Evie to get a freakin' lawyer to sue the pants off her former company rather than letting her run off to England to rent a bookstore-which is just plain weird in its own right.) Getting past that, this for me was an entertaining evening's read. It was predictable and some of the drama was a bit much but I liked the resolution and also the supporting cast so....
