This book did not captivate me much. Melissa wrote wonderfully, but the intro into the world and the titles were never explained so it took a long time to understand who was what and that rankings. This is also my first lesbian book. Not overly impressed with this book, but I do love how Soraya comes to accept herself and her powers.
