honestly just bought it because the cover was pretty, i wasn't expecting anything at all but then i couldn't put it didn't. someone online said it was creepy and gross and it was, a little. but just enough. my only complaint is the ending, because it left me wanting to know so much about this world!! i also wasn't expecting it to be sapphic, so that was a pleasant surprise! we need more sapphic horror!!
