The pacing was a bit clunky for me, but this was a decent finale. I remembered Giles coming back as a kid but it was still fun to revisit that twist and all the storytelling promise it entails (even if he was being a little bitch about it). Angel was probably the biggest drip of this series. I don’t think I read too far in the next season but I hope he gets back to form a bit because he was a bit too heavy on the brooding in this run of issues.
