De moderne schaapherder: leiderschapslessen uit de woestijn by AlBaraa H. Taibah

3.0

The premise of "De moderne schaapherder" by Albaraa Taibah is intriguing, but its execution falls short. Inspired by the fact that many great leaders from history began as shepherds, Taibah decided to spend time with a flock of sheep in the desert to glean leadership lessons. While the experience undoubtedly left a significant impression on him, the narrative and the leadership insights derived from his week-long stay did not resonate as strongly with me. The insights felt rather generic, and a single week among full-time shepherds seemed insufficient to provide an authentic perspective. Consequently, the translation of his experiences into leadership lessons felt somewhat forced.
