I was influenced. Hard. And I am not upset about it. 

 

Quick take on this book: 

- Piper = Alexis Rose from Schitt’s Creek 

- grumpy to sunshine trope 

- small town romance 

- boyfriend of the year 

- 10/10 steam level 

 

I saw @gabby review of this book and that the main character was based on one of my favorite TV characters, Alexis Rose, so I knew this one was going to be pretty good. The chemistry was incredible, as was the small town this romance takes place. Piper meets Brendan, a hot local who’s job is essentially one from Deadliest Catch (#iykyk). 

 

So glad I picked this one up and am VERY ready for book #2!!!
