Oh no... this reminds me why I don't read romance novels anymore. It always has a happy ending even it doesn't seem realistic to me. The plot is not new, we already knew some friends-with-benefits kind of story. They break the rules, they fall in love, they know it won't work, but they love each other, so they get back in the end. I'm sorry... but I'm not a fan of this one.
