Murder at Sunrise Lake by Christine Feehan

1.0

A little more realism and less repetition would help. For example, the women would not have been permitted to camp at a crime scene. We know Sam is silent and reliable; we don't need to read that ad nauseum. Like many--not all--of Feehan's books, this is overblown in distracting ways. When Feehan is world-building, her books are more enjoyable. She doesn't take the time to do that here.
