Lovely retelling of the Cinderella story with a queer/lesbian twist that I really enjoyed. The storytelling is engaging, though at times predictable. Ultimately I wanted more from such a dramatically different retelling of the story. The characters ended up being rather one-dimensional and Ash, the protagonist, was less interesting than you'd expect. The ending was good, but with such a fascinating character as the Huntress I have to confess to being a bit disappointed at the conclusion.
