Well, this one would have been 4 stars, at least, if it weren’t for the whole Whoville = Whoreville thing. Seriously, that was just irritating. Everything else was pretty damn good. I like that Max was a female character in this — without giving anything away, I think her character was actually phenomenal. Of course, didn’t care for “May-Martha” (I said it the proper way in my head the whole time) and really wasn’t rooting for her. I love how the “Grouch” was still furry and it wasn’t just a metaphor for a grumpy dude. Yeah, overall this was fun and dark but “Whoreville” gave me the ick.
