I am giving this a 5 stars because I had a jolly good time reading it and my expectations were reasonably set by everything I already knew about this series before entering it. I didn’t go in this expecting a fantastic plot or insane world building. I went in to have a good time and fall in love with one (1) sassy gay vampire and honestly, I got everything I wanted out of it!
