“be someone’s cardinal” 🕊️❤️

oh I just loved every second of this one!!!

after reading only the brief blurb about A QUIET LIFE, I knew this was going to be the perfect book for me this holiday season. it’s a story about grief, the winter season, and finding yourself when all you want to do is lose yourself 🤍

the power of human connection is what truly got me though ❤️ ethan joella just has the uncanny ability to create these unforgettable and lovable characters that tug at your heart strings and remember all readers what it’s like to be truly human

kirsten’s story probably resonated the most with me, for obvious reasons, and I found myself feeling hopeful for the first time this season about my future.

this was 100% a healing book for me, full of grief and sadness, but healing nonetheless. it completely restored my faith in humanity and makes me want to go out and do so many nice things for strangers now 🤍

wow I’m just so emotional now I loved this book
