I tried SO HARD to finish this book but it is so bad. 

I don’t know what the author was trying to do with such heavy foreshadowing, hinting and dramatic irony, but whatever it was didn’t work at all. 

This plot and these characters had so much potential but they fell flat constantly. The FMC is obnoxious. The only good characters were her brother and lilly. 

The pacing was ridiculous. It was CONSTANT action, it was so exhausting. 

The blood being the cure for godstone, her unnecessary fight with umrbos, all her poor decision making. Her inability to call out the people in her life (her mom and henri) for being horrible people. The fact that she is unbeatable but keeps getting beaten. Its SO BAD.
