How to Win Friends & Influence People by Dale Carnegie

I think my overall takeaway from this book is that it effectively repeats everything I’ve learned by…applying dog training to people. In fact he hilariously references Skinner twice.
It’s not particularly mind blowing, but I don’t know if that’s because a) it’s from 1936 or b) I have arduously taught myself how to be likable over the last 10 years via two higher level degrees and a service industry career, ergo I knew everything already.
Still: Readable, largely non offensive despite being from 1936??? Probably useful if you did not get a degree in psych.
