I really really like reading this one. The dialogue was incredibly sharp and witty and often-times funny. I especially like the detective Kinderman, who played like a Columbo-type. The theme of religion vs science plays well without ever feeling insulting or diminutive to either side. Certainly not as scary or shocking as the film, but I can imagine that the dialogue in this was certainly more than most would encounter daily.
