truly a heart wrenching and gut turning book as you follow sadie throughout her journey to finding her sister’s murder and getting revenge on him for the things he’s done. this book is a dual pov with sadies pov and a podcast that is following sadies steps after she disappears. a story you will have to read the tws for before reading since it does handle some very sensitive topics. i think these topics were handled well and many of them are implied in the story. as to sadie, her journey was truly something that will make you emotional as you see read her thoughts about mattie, their relationship and her trauma in life. as well as the things she experiences along her journey. her story is truly devastating and courageous. she is a realistic and complex character. i really like this book and i enjoyed reading it!
