As a huge fan of the TV series my thoughts on this book are biased. But I did love it! This book provides much needed background on the characters and their reasoning behind paths chosen. I think the most important aspect of this book is that it really helped me to see Brida more clearly and better understand her often bizzare actions in the TV series.
