An interesting read written by a female Secret Service agent who was in the twin towers on 9/11 about a wide range of topics, from how best to protect and keep yourself safe (I would be completely neurotic if I followed all of her suggestions), to how to spot a lie and influence people, to attributes the Presidents and First Ladies she protected had.
