After playing a Western game I decided to try reading a “cowboy” book. I don’t know what pushed me to grab this random one off the shelf at the nearest Indigo but I am so happy I did.

Out of all the books I’ve read this is my favourite. The writing style is amazing, raw and makes you feel like you have time travelled back to the old west, however the slang is still understandable. The story line is amazing and makes it into a book you cannot put down. With a fast paced story there are no dips that leave you bored or waiting for a new event. I would give this book 6/5 if possible.
