Classic Murikami writing women. You can’t expect anything other than what it is. In a weird way, I find his inability to write female characters just a part of his style at this point. This book is funny, well written, and full of through-provoking notions. Not my favorite Murkiami ever written but still truly lovely. His writing holds a very special place in my heart and this feels like him when he still had a sense of humor.
