even though enjoyed this book it felt too short. rushed would be a better word. we could’ve expanded on things instead of everything happening this fast. idk i like the characters enough but if we took our time with everything it would’ve been better for character development and the political stuff and how intense the war is to sink in. 

it also feels like this trilogy could’ve been one book if things are going like this. 

anyway i’ll check the next book out.
