Kenji ‘Dragon’ is captivated by Nyomi–his ‘Tora’/Tiger–from the moment they meet. Her book and interest in the underground world takes a backseat to their intimate moments, daddy issues, and his ‘light kidnapping’ attempts to make her stay. I didn’t mind that there was more plot than spice, but the ending was too open for my liking. Epilogues are for marriage, babies, and comeuppance. Girl, if it doesn’t include any of those it’s just another chapter. There was overuse of the c-word. (Is he a rooster?! Ugh.) But if brooding, stalkerish MMCs who are down bad for their FMCs are your cup of tea, you should enjoy this book.
Moderate: Sexual content and Stalking
Minor: Rape, Violence, Kidnapping, Death of parent, and Murder
