Very fun read with tons of slasher references! I do feel like it leaned too hard into the references and gimmicks and relied on them to build characters. Because of this, the characters felt pretty shallow. I didn't know much about any of them and ultimately didn't care about them very much either.  I'd still recommend if you're a horror buff! It was fun, just not great, ya know?
