Introducing Mr. Right by Essie Sloane

5.0

I really, really liked this book. I am amazed that this is the debut of [a:Essie Sloane|31274874|Essie Sloane|https://images.gr-assets.com/authors/1681233319p2/31274874.jpg]. It has it all: funny banters, hot moments, some angst, pining, friendship, love, everything!

Liam and Reed met at a party and shared a very hot hook up, and despite the fact that they didn't even exchange names and each went their own way afterwards, as the days went by neither could stop thinking about the other. And then, they met again and realized that they will inevitably continue seeing each other. The strong attraction was still there, seething just below the surface, but Reed didn't want relationships or commitments, and Liam… well, Liam did but he knew it wasn't possible with Reed, so even though they hooked up again, they decided not continue and instead, they started a friendship where, unconsciously, they were aware of the other, learning even the smallest detail. It was a deep connection they shared, and though inside they can felt it, they refused to admit it to each other or to themselves.

It's a great slow burn, where the MCs really get to know each other, adding to the incredible chemistry that exists between them, building a solid foundation for what would later be a beautiful relationship, when they both decide to take their heads out of their @sses, of course.

Beautiful story, well written, with good pace and a good ending, leaving the doors open for the second book, which would be Ben and Shawn's, which I can't wait to read!

I was given an advanced copy and voluntarily wrote a review.
