I really liked the first book in this series, and I was disappointed when I discovered I'd started reading before the series was complete. Now I had to wait! I was happy when I saw this available at my local library (and it didn't have a hundred holds on it, not sure why not ... I was able to grab the audio and the kindle copy).

The narrator of this audiobook is great. Her voice is young and really fits the characters, especially cute little Lemon Fresh, who takes over as the protagonist here in this installment. Just hearing her talk about how things are "fizzy" and "flash" and "talking true/true cert" brought me right back into the story. The whole world/setting here is unique and fun. The conversation and happenings just totally grab me and keep me entertained and interested. "Spank my spankables" "Trucky McTruckface" and all the "rules of the scrap" and the little "trademark" (maybe more of a hit in audio with the narrator's cute voice!) after come of the futuristic products. No proFanity, although there are some 'forken, and 'funk thrown in.

We do still get a peek at Eve and her siblings, and Ezekiel and Cricket and the story moves on from where it ended in book one. Eve and co looking for Anna, as well as Ezekiel looking for Ana ... the characters are apart for most of this book, working to find their way back to each other.

Now I'm waiting for the next book.
I normally don't re-read/re-listen to books, as there are so many unread books out there, but if this one goes on sale, I might just pick it up, because just glancing through the pages makes me smile.
