It has taken me a year and a half before finding the courage of reading this book. Heated rivalry is one of my favorite book, and a sequel is always scary.

This book was difficult to read. It meant that the "happily ever after" set in HR was not an actual HEA. There were still some huge things Shane and Ilya needed to figure out.

The book broke my heart in a few scenes.
