really wanted to love this story, because I really enjoy this author. But I think this book just was not for me. The writing and the imagery throughout the story was absolutely beautiful however, I struggled with connecting with the characters and I didn’t really enjoy their development. I feel like this is just a story that I will forget. But I do recommend it if you think it’s something you’ll enjoy.
