Beauty and the Billionaire by Hayden Hall

4.0

This is book 3 in the Boys of Hudson Burrow and I'm finding them different to Hayden's usual style. They are very deep, meaningful stories, the characters have a lot going on under the surface. This story is when different worlds collide, but underneath the worlds are really very similar. Zain has been a character in the background and now he gets his turn. He is quiet and knows he can't be who he truly is, so hides in the shadows scared to be honest with himself and his family. Having found out that his family is in debt to a powerful man he takes responsibility and finds himself working for the man. Dominic is more than wealthy and successful but he learnt the hard way about loyalty and family values. He tries to keep away from Zain, for his sake, but Zain discovers who and what he wants and Dominic doesn't stand a chance. It is a slow burn, and low steam, which fits  experience of Zain. A deep story, with a happy Christmassy ending. I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.
