This novel made me think how rich I could be had I still had those original comic books I had when a child back in the 1940s where I had boxes full of them but of course my mother disposed of them
when we moved from Kansas to Indiana and there was no way they were worth keeping at the time!

Jack Reacher returns to his childhood and learns unimaginable things about his father and history. Also his instincts lead him to assist the Canadian couple and they wind up with prospects for a far better future than they had any hope when in their predicament.
