I love this just very predictable. I’ve had this sitting in my kindle for years and I’ve jumped in my McFadden train a bit ago. Her books tend to be unpredictable for the most part but this one was too easy. I enjoyed the little love story and the hopeful recovery of Charly. Otherwise, if I’m trying to recommend books to get people into this author, I’d have it low on the list.
