It was fine. I think there was too much going on - much too many plot lines - but, I must say, the way it was executed was well done. Personally some of the style felt strange to me — I don’t like shifts between past and present tense, and some of the descriptions were used more than once. However, that’s definitely more about me and my preferences than the writer’s talent.
