This was probably my least favourite of all the books so far.

I found that this book had a lot more plot development which is great, but it also took way too long to get there and so I felt like there was almost too much in this book.

Even though I always felt like there was a lack of plot and world building in the past books, I was so addicted and enjoying these books so much because of the relationships of the characters. However, because all the relationships are doing well, there was really no conflict between characters, and I just felt like it was a large book of explaining everything that should’ve been explained in the last four books. 

Even some of the smutty scenes, I felt were lacking in this book. I felt like they were shorter, less detailed, and just not as exciting as past scenes.

In the end, everything I loved about the other books, was lacking in this one, and everything I didn’t like about the passbooks was stuffed into this one. I’m still gonna read the last book, I’ve gone this far, but I’m going in with pretty low expectations now.
