This book might be my favorite of Martha Waters’ regency vows series. Emily is the perfect eligible lady, above reproach no matter what scandals swirl around her. Julian seeks to take advantage of that and use her reputation to improve his own when he proposes a marriage of convenience. Watching these two characters - especially Emily - grow into themselves and realize they’re in love was just absolutely delightful. And this book delivered all the comedy and humor I’ve come to expect from Martha Waters! Highly recommend!
